Can you chop an onion with your eyes closed and serve a steak that’s ready for Instagram? Then you’ll fit right in at the kitchen of Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam. We’re looking for a cook who isn’t scared of hot pans, endless mise-en-place, and teammates who love fine-tuning dishes together.
You stay cool under pressure, keep everything organized, and make sure your station looks spotless after service. You’ll be working with fresh, local ingredients, experimenting with fusion flavors, and sharing ideas to take recipes to the next level.
Kitchen experience? Check. Courage to try something new? Absolutely. Eye for detail? A must, because half-cooked fish is not an option here. Teamwork is what we do, so we need a true team player. Sound like you? Put on your chef’s jacket and show your skills at Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam.
Work days are established together with the employer.
Wat we jou bieden
- A gross salary of €17,18 per hour;
- Full-time position (38 hours per week);
- 70% travel allowance for commuting distances over 10 km, up to €10.71 per day;

- Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience and knowledge of HACCP;
