Located in the heart of South Holland region, our client is looking for a Senior Engineer to develop cutting-edge technical solutions that ensure safety, reliability, and sustainability. As a Senior Engineer, you will design and engineer high-standard solutions that meet both project-specific and industry requirements. You will take the lead in various engineering phases, from design to vendor coordination, while ensuring compliance and interface alignment.

Tasks include:

Selecting appropriate methods, procedures, and optimizing designs within specified parameters.
Managing planning and delivery of work scope within the agreed budget and timeline.
Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and internal engineering standards.
Applying lessons learned and assessing change impacts across project system boundaries.
Coordinating technical aspects with subcontractors, vendors, and third parties.
Taking technical ownership as a Package Engineer when assigned.
Leading a team of engineers on assigned scopes.
Possibly acting as Discipline Lead for selected work packages.

Functie eisen

Engineering diploma in a relevant discipline
5–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Proficient in engineering design and calculation tools.
Skilled in concept development and detailed design.
Experience with systems engineering and package engineering.
Knowledge of manufacturing, reliability, operability, and safety principles.
Familiarity with site engineering and electrical systems.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and third parties.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
