We are seeking a full-time Operator who is willing to work in 3 shifts and who shares the passion for the food industry, production, and process optimization.

Functie

Purpose of the Role

Efficiently and accurately set up, execute, monitor, and complete production tasks in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures, while ensuring product quality and workplace safety.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Set up and configure machinery based on job orders/recipes, in collaboration with the Maintenance Technician when necessary.
Verify batch numbers and raw materials against the order specifications and work instructions.
Execute production tasks according to established standards, work instructions, and procedures.
Visually inspect raw materials and packaging components.
Identify and report any deviations to the Team Leader.
Check label information including production date, expiration date, and batch code.
Supervise production staff working in the same area.
Complete and maintain quality control checklists.
Clean mixing, filling, and packaging equipment, along with the work environment.
Perform production tasks promptly and efficiently.
Adhere to all internal procedures and guidelines, particularly regarding occupational safety, hygiene, and overall safety protocols.

Gevraagd

Requirements

VMBO or MBO level of education or equivalent.
Willingness to work in a rotating three-shift schedule.
Good verbal communication skills in either Dutch or English.

Our Offer

This is a challenging and independent role with significant responsibility, offered in a full-time capacity within a three-shift system in an informal working environment.

Salary ranges from €3000 to €3400, inclusive of a 21.5% shift allowance, depending on experience and qualifications.
Opportunity to be taken over by the client (permanent employment possible)
25 vacation days per year.
Potential travel allowance.
