Currently based in Schiphol-Rijk, the company is preparing to relocate in September to a new 18,500 m² warehouse, packaging approximately 30,000 items per week. One of its largest clients relies on the company for global packaging processes

The Supervisor plays a central role within one of the company’s operational departments (Production, Distribution, Quality, RMA, Inventory, or Warehouse). They ensure that daily operations run smoothly, KPIs and SLAs are met, and employees work in a safe and positive environment.

The Supervisor operates both on the shop floor and at a strategic level, coaching Team Leaders and Operators, setting directions, and continuously identifying opportunities to make processes smarter, better, and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Team Leaders, Line Leaders, and Operators, collaborating closely with Planning & Quality teams.

• Coordinate daily operations and ensure everything runs according to plan.

• Monitor and improve KPIs and overall performance.

• Motivate, coach, and develop the team.

• Recruit and onboard new employees.

• Contribute to improvement projects (e.g., 6S, Lean, SAP/MRP).

• Maintain a safe, clean, and constructive work environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar environment (supply chain, production, or distribution).

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

• Strong organizational, planning, and coaching skills.

• Experience with SAP/MRP is a plus.

• Practical, results-driven, and positive attitude.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus).

• Salary up to €4,650 per month (depending on experience).
