We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team in the Offshore and Energy sector. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee complex contract management processes, ensuring compliance and optimizing commercial outcomes across large-scale offshore and energy projects. • Contract Management and Compliance:
  Manage all phases of the contract lifecycle, ensuring that contract terms align with project goals, industry regulations, and company standards.
  Oversee the drafting, reviewing, and approval process for complex offshore and energy contracts, ensuring clear, enforceable terms.
• Risk Management and Mitigation:
  Identify and assess potential risks in contract terms and conditions, developing strategies to mitigate these risks. Address liability, compliance, and performance risks to safeguard the company’s interests throughout project execution.
• Client and Stakeholder Negotiation:
  Lead high-level negotiations with clients to finalize contract terms, scope adjustments, and any amendments.
  Act as a central liaison with internal departments (legal, financial, project management), ensuring that contract terms support both commercial and operational objectives.
• Change and Claims Management: Manage contract amendments and resolve claims or disputes efficiently, collaborating with project and legal teams as required. Facilitate contract modifications in response to changes in scope, costs, and project timelines.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor contract performance and report on key metrics, ensuring that projects stay on track and obligations are met. Implement robust contract administration practices to track deliverables, milestones, and compliance with contract terms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within the Offshore and Energy industry, particularly on EPC projects.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, risk assessment, and commercial terms, with experience in high-value projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with standard industry contracts such as FIDIC and NEC, as well as experience with tailored EPC contracts.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and manage complex information.
