Ready to take the lead in innovative industrial engineering projects? Our client is looking for both Senior and Lead Engineers Electrical & Instrumentation to contribute to complex, multi-disciplinary designs across the energy and industrial sectors.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior or Lead Engineer Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to join a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and realization of electrical installations in both energy and industrial projects. This includes working with low, medium, and high voltage systems, emergency power, lighting, motors and drives, earthing, lightning protection, and conducting short-circuit, cable, and load flow calculations.

As a key technical expert, you’ll work closely with clients to translate their requirements into optimal engineering solutions across various project phases. Your tasks will include creating technical reports, performing calculations, drafting diagrams and layouts, and preparing engineering documentation.

Depending on your experience level, you may take on leadership responsibilities, guiding junior engineers and coordinating engineering deliverables in small to medium-sized projects. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team engaged in high-impact projects such as emission reduction, energy efficiency, and operational safety improvements.

Depending on your level of seniority, you will be considered either for Senior or Lead position. With senior role focusing more on technical tasks, and with lead - managing the team and clients. 

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior E&I Engineer, with focus on Electrical
• Proven experience in a similar engineering environment (e.g., consultancy or design office)
• Higher vocational or university degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Solid knowledge of low, medium, and/or high-voltage systems
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent work style
• Leadership experience, especially in mentoring junior engineers
• Fluency in Dutch and English
