Your Profile

You're a pragmatic engineer who thrives in startup environments and loves taking the lead on new initiatives. You love the fast pace, regular pivots, and the opportunity to wear multiple hats. You're someone who gets excited about setting up experiments, building MVPs, and rapidly iterating based on user feedback. You prefer building and shipping over extensive documentation - you'd rather prototype three solutions than write a 20-page spec. As a senior team member, you'll take ownership of technical decisions and guide the direction of new features from concept to production

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be at the heart of building our platform that transforms raw geospatial data into actionable intelligence. You'll work across our entire tech stack, from crafting intuitive user interfaces that visualize building data to architecting robust backend systems that process imqt3w and AI-generated property insights. You'll collaborate directly with data engineers, computer vision specialists, and the product team in a truly multidisciplinary environment where your full-stack expertise will drive both customer-facing features and internal tools.

What You'll Build

• Frontend experiences that make complex geospatial data accessible and
• actionable for property managers
• APIs and microservices that serve building intelligence to internal ML models and
• external customers
• Data visualization tools for satellite imagery and aerial analysis
• Integration systems that connect with various data sources and third-party
• property management platforms
• Real-time dashboards that surface insights from our computer vision pipeline

Bonus points for:

• Experience with geospatial data or mapping libraries
• Familiarity with data visualization
• Previous startup experience
• Interest in sustainability or PropTech

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with leadership responsibilities
• Proven track record of leading technical experiments and building MVPs
• Strong frontend skills (React, TypeScript, modern CSS)
• Solid backend experience (Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience taking features from 0 to 1 with minimal guidance
• Database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• API design and integration expertise
• Bias toward action - you ship first, optimize later
