As a Customer Service Specialist at Dow, you will deliver excellent service while supporting business growth. In this role, you manage diverse customer accounts, work closely with different teams, and help shape commercial strategies within Dow’s global network. Employment agency Manpower is searching for a Customer Service Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers and ensure that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities include:

• Executing the order entry and fulfillment process for a set of businesses and priority customers.
• Maintaining a deep knowledge of Dow’s products, applications, and services.
• Building strong customer relationships and understanding market needs.
• Coordinating activities across customer accounts, proactively addressing issues, and implementing solutions.
• Ensuring service levels meet business prioritization.
• Balancing customer requirements with Dow’s capabilities to provide the best and most cost-effective solutions.
• Supporting commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses.

What’s in it for you?
✔️ A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,600 (depending on experience)
✔️ Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (up to 75 km one way)
✔️ Full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday during office hours

• A Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex processes in a high-volume, international environment.
• Excellent customer focus and collaboration skills across departments.
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
