Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a company in Alkmaar.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Handle technical, commercial, and logistical inquiries from German-speaking customers
Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails, ensuring clear and prompt communication
Collaborate with internal teams (Order Entry, Logistics, Finance) to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries
Create and activate customer accounts on the company’s online platform
Manage customer returns, complaints, and issue resolution efficiently
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system of customer interactions, orders, and service requests
Continuously work on service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Gross salary from €2,800.- to €3,200.- per month
Travel allowance according to company policy
Full-time role, 40 hours per week

Functie-eisen

Fluent in German (spoken and written) and good command of English because of job duties
