A leading international manufacturer in the animal feed industry is looking for an all-round mechanic who enjoys variety and challenge.
About the organisation
The organisation is among the largest players in the international animal feed industry, supplying high-quality products to customers across Europe. From a modern production facility in South Limburg, it works daily on quality, innovation and sustainability.

The all-round mechanic is an indispensable link in the production process. Together with three colleagues, you ensure that all machines and installations run optimally. Faults? You analyse the problem, solve it and immediately think about improvements.
You work with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, so no day is the same. You also play an active role in technical projects and improvement initiatives.
Your duties:
Detecting, analysing and rectifying technical faults;
Perform scheduled maintenance according to schedule;
Thinking along about structural improvements;
Registering work in the maintenance system;
Collaborate with production and technical colleagues;
Managing the warehouse for parts, materials and tools.
A quality-conscious, proactive and solution-oriented mechanic who works independently, but is also able to work well together.
Requirements:
Completed MBO education in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering;
Experience as a mechanic in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
Good communication skills;
Willingness to work 2-shifts and on-call shifts;
Experience with maintenance programmes such as McMain or Ultimo;
Welding experience is a plus.
Salary between €3,400 and €4,250 gross per month (depending on age and experience);
Shift bonus of 13% over all hours;
Fixed 13th month;
