Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in Germany, from sourcing to offer
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive outreach
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the selection process
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support employer branding and enhance candidate experience in the German market
Ensure recruitment practices comply with German labor laws and internal policies

Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Based in the Netherlands with flexibility to work remotely
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiar with the German labor market and hiring regulations
Experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
