Job Description

As our Commercial Leader E-Commerce Europe, you will be at the helm of one of our most strategic partnerships — leading the Amazon Pan-EU account for the total Philips Personal Health business in Europe (Western Europe and Central & Eastern Europe). You’ll orchestrate growth by shaping our go-to-market strategy, delivering superior consumer experience, and ensuring our products thrive across the Amazon ecosystem. Working with a diverse, cross-functional team, you will define and execute our 3-year joint business plan (JBP), while driving bold commercial decisions that unlock long-term value.

Your role:

  • Lead the Amazon Pan-EU account within the Amazon ecosystem

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive growth and superior consumer experience

  • Define, negotiate, and implement the 3-year JBP (Retail, Media, Operations)

  • Influence regional portfolio and promotional strategies

  • Create sustainable relationships and simplified processes with Amazon’s Executive level as the single contact point at EU Level

  • Inspire, coach, and develop teams, fostering high engagement

  • Drive seamless collaboration across regions, zones, and international functions

You're the right fit if you have:
  • 10-15 years of experience in various commercial roles with a focus on managing large customer accounts, ideally Amazon or major e-commerce platforms.

  • Mastery level of commercial experience (off and online) with a solid marketing and trade marketing background

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, or equivalent

  • Experience in revenue growth through category value creation, portfolio management, and analytics

  • Solid supply chain knowledge applied to large customers

  • Passion for consumer behavior and turning insights into meaningful business opportunities

  • Proven leadership and capability building performance teams in a cross-cultural and matrix organization

  • Genuine curiosity, creativity, and drive to shape the future of e-commerce
