About the role
Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Utrecht
Language: Dutch + English
WFH policy: 3 days per office (Monday, Thursday + .. )
Product: HR platform
Size and functions of local team: 3 CSMs + 1 support + team lead
Role description: run implementations & own the relationship and commericals.
250 existing customer to divide within the team.
Transitioning from a reactive customer success approach to proactive, with also commercial outlining.
A lot of room for helping the set-up of the after sales engine and processes.
Must haves:
• At least 2 years CSM/ AM experience
• Start-up savvy, proactive, customer obsessed
• Commercial experience in B2B
• Entrepeneurial and resilient, able to adapt
Nice to haves:
• SaaS experience
• Interest in data & analytics
Salary range: 45k - 65k base + max 3 months salary commission, KPI based
