Functie
As a reach truck driver, your day starts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. A nice early start, so you finish early too. No night shifts, but still plenty of variety.
This is how your morning will go: You put on your safety shoes, grab a quick coffee, and hop onto your reach truck. Maneuvering at height or stacking pallets precisely in the racks? That’s not a problem for you.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that goods are moved safely and correctly. You drive in a structured and efficient way. If something seems off in the stock or the order flow, you spot it immediately. You work closely with the team, but you also keep an overview on your own. You don’t need to be micromanaged – you take initiative and think ahead.
During the day, there’s room for a chat or a short break. The team is close-knit and professional – everyone knows what they’re doing. At the end of the day, you hand things over to the next shift and make sure your workspace is tidy again.
Wat wij vragen
- The ability to apply for a Certificate of No Objection (VGB) is required;
- You are flexible and a true teamplayer;
- You speak Dutch or English;
- Experience in operating a reach truck.
A gross monthly salary between €2,550 and €3,000 (depending on age and experience, based on a 40-hour workweek);
Travel allowance;
- A position with growth opportunities and the prospect of a permanent contract upon good performance.
The distribution center of this independent family-owned company has been located at a beautiful site in Dinteloord for several years now. Our client specializes in supplying goods to international airports, specifically items used onboard aircraft. Think of meals, beverages, cabin service supplies, and cleaning products.
Together with a stable and friendly team of around 30 colleagues, they ensure that all orders are processed accurately and leave the warehouse on time every day. Cleanliness, safety, and quality are of the highest importance to our client.
