Are you ready for the next step in your career as a Quality Manager in the food industry? In this versatile role, you are the main point of contact for all quality-related matters within the organization. Together with your team, you work on a strong quality policy and maintain close contact with both colleagues and customers. You will be responsible for, among other things, halal and gluten-free certifications and will have plenty of room to implement improvements.

As part of the management team, you are a full-fledged discussion partner and actively contribute to the further development of the organization. You will lead two quality staff members, prepare and supervise audits, and ensure that all quality systems are kept up to date. Thanks to your hands-on approach, you can easily step in where needed, ensuring that quality standards are always safeguarded.

Our client is a stable family-owned business with around 90 permanent employees spread across two locations in North Brabant. The company produces high-quality fresh and frozen meat semi-finished products tailored to customer needs, including beef, pork, chicken, turkey, and veal. Collaboration is key within this informal organization, and there is strong commitment to quality assurance. The company’s customer base is international, serving clients across various European countries.

• A completed bachelor’s degree, such as Food Technology or Food & Business
• Experience with quality systems in the food sector, preferably in the meat industry
• Familiarity with food safety risks (microbiological, physical, chemical)
• Good command of both Dutch and English
• Practical, independent, customer-oriented, and communicatively strong

• A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €6,000 (depending on experience)
• 28 vacation days per year for a full-time position

• One-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
