With our high season approaching, Vistaprint—a global leader in promotional and marketing materials—is looking for dedicated team members to join our growing operation in Venlo! Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we’ll work together to find the best fit for your skills and interests. This role starts as a seasonal position, but for those who perform well, there’s an opportunity to stay on longer.

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Speak and understand English
• Are available full-time and willing to work in a 4-shift schedule including weekends (working hours are 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00/22:00-06:00)
• Have access to personal transportation (bike, scooter, or car)
• Are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn

At Vistaprint, we value our team members and offer:

• A starting gross hourly wage of €14.40 (excluding shift allowances)
• Shift allowances ranging from 25% to 100%
• Overtime pay and travel reimbursement (up to €23.74 per day)

As a production team member at Vistaprint, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality products for our customers. Depending on your strengths and our needs, you could be working in:

• Production: Setting up machinery, ensuring print accuracy, maintaining color consistency, and carefully packaging products for shipment.
• Logistics: Focusing on speed and precision, making sure every package is delivered on time and reaches the right destination.

After that, we’ll invite you for a tour of Vistaprint, where you’ll get a clear impression of the workplace. At the end of the tour, we’ll have a brief one-on-one conversation to hear about your experience, answer any questions you may have and discuss your start date.
