As the Team Lead Control Room, you're the beating heart of our operation. You lead a team of 20 colleagues—comprised of Equipment, Operational, and Process Control Room Specialists—and ensure that logistical processes run smoothly. Do you see a bottleneck somewhere? You jump on it immediately. You are the director who ensures that everything is perfectly coordinated, from planning to performance. 🎯

In your role as team lead, you're the vital link and coach for your team, directing the operation based on data and insights for maximum efficiency. You monitor systems and process flows as if they were your own children, and you act as the central hub between the control room, the operation, and our technical partners. You start and manage systems like the Warehouse Control System and Warehouse Management System, actively contribute ideas for innovations to improve warehouse performance, and dive deep into data to proactively prevent disruptions instead of just solving them. 🕵️‍♂️
