Salary: €2700-€3000 monthly -> According to collective labor agreement, depending on experience
About the role
Do you want to work in a dynamic production environment where quality and safety are key? For a company in the Oosterhout area, specialized in producing and blending feed additives for the livestock industry, we are looking for a motivated Production Operator.
In this position, you will play an important role in the production process. You will ensure that raw materials are accurately weighed, blended, and processed into final products that meet the highest quality standards.
What will you do?
- Weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials according to formulations.
- Operating and monitoring mixing machines and production lines.
- Performing quality checks and recording production data.
- Packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment.
- Reporting deviations and contributing ideas for process improvements.
Who are you?
- You have an affinity with production in the food/feed sector.
- You work accurately and have an eye for quality and safety.
- You are able to work independently, but also function well in a team.
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage, but not required.
- You speak and understand Dutch or English.
- You are willing to work in shifts (if applicable).
