Are you interested in technology and enjoy working in a production environment? Would you like to help improve product quality and efficiency, and are you looking for a long term assignment with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after just seven months? Then this Operator position in the field of industrial engineering is the right job for you!

As an operator, you play an important role in the production process. After a full training period, you will work independently. You will make sure that the machines run smoothly, solve problems quickly, and monitor the product quality.

Your work helps improve the entire production process a key part of the supply chain!

Your tasks will include:

• Operating and adjusting machines
• Monitoring product quality
• Solving technical issues or malfunctions
• Logging production data and results
• Working with team leaders, quality control, and technical staff
• Doing basic machine maintenance
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe

• A full-time position in a 2 or 3-shift system
• Gross hourly wage between € 17,30 and € 19,-
• Shift allowance of 17% (for working in 2 shifts) or 28,5% (for working in 3 shifts)
• Travel allowance, pension, and vacation days
• Possibility of a permanent contract after just 7 months

This employer is part of a solid international company and is located in Breda. They produce credit- and debitcards, and contactless payment cards. Furthermore they also focus on payment and ID verification and provide contact to financial institutions. You are going to work in a flexible environment within an informal team of around 35 colleagues with different nationalities. There is a close and valuable collaboration with all of the workers.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Have (some) exprecience in production or as a machine operator
• Are available to work in 2 or 3 shifts
• Able to obtain, and wait for a VOG before your start;
• Speak English fluently
