Functieomschrijving
In this role you will be responsible for;
- managing the IT operations and partner with outsourced providers to ensure reliable, high-quality services;
- safeguard SOX compliance and support internal and external audits with confidence;
- deliver hands-on IT support;
- lead and coördinate IT implementations and changes;
- strengthen information security in close collaboration with the ISO and DPO;
- coach and mentor the Compliance Specialist to foster growth and alignment with company goals;
- turn business needs into a smooth, user-friendly IT experience that empowers all employees.
Functie-eisen
The right candidate will have and/or be;
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BBA, or equivalent) with IT/technical affinity;
- minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience;
- experience with project-, service, suppliermanagement;
- excellent command of spoken and written English;
- highly motivated, user-focused, and accountable team player;
- excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, written, and oral communication skills;
- ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization;
- strong problem-solving skills;
- knowledge of IT risk management, cybersecurity best practices, and incident response;
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Salary between 70-110K per year, plus travel expenses and a bonus. A position in a very interesting environment, with a lot of opportunities for growth and initiative!
