We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to help bring (the dishes of) Mana Cafe* to life. You enjoy the energy of a new project, have a passion for fresh, honest ingredients, and know how to run a smooth kitchen. With your experience in brunch, lunch, and perhaps light dinner menus, you’ll work with us to develop a creative and refined food offering that fits the Mana Cafe* style; high-quality, always with a twist.
At Mana Cafe*, everything revolves around quality and experience. We’re looking for a chef who enjoys collaborating, wants to innovate, and feels at home in a supportive team where everyone’s input counts. You are hands-on, organised, and motivated to create dishes people will keep coming back for.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as Head Chef or independently working chef, ideally with a focus on brunch, lunch, and light dinner
- You are creative and enjoy developing new dishes and seasonal specials
- You work in an organised, clean, and structured way
- You take responsibility for the kitchen, quality, and presentation
- You are available full-time and excited to grow with a new concept
