The Role
Creating & executing a growth strategy consisting of a online & offline marketing strategy. Integrating lead-generation and account based marketing is also of importance. where in you integrate a full marketing strategy as well as an lead-gen strategy. Drive the growth - from marketing to enterprise deals. You'll have freedom to test, iterate, and build the playbooks that scale with us.
Build & Experiment:
- Develop an overall growth strategy
- Design and run rapid sales & marketing experiments to discover what works
- Test new channels, messages, and approaches with real market feedback
- Build repeatable processes from successful experiments
- Create content, campaigns, and sales materials that convert
Hunt & Close:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signature
- Navigate complex enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders
- Build relationships with C-level executives in real estate and insurance
- Negotiate and close deals that move the needle
Learn & Scale:
- Analyze what's working and pivot fast when it's not
- Work with product and engineering to influence roadmap based on market feedback
- Build the commercial foundation you'll eventually lead
- Develop deep expertise in AI, PropTech, and InsurTech markets

Who You Are
You'd rather run 5 experiments than spend a month on one perfect presentation. You love startup uncertainty because it means you get to figure things out and own the outcomes.
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years B2B SaaS experience
- Growth marketing background
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Proven track record hitting targets
- "Test first, scale second" mentality
Big Plus:
- Early-stage startup experience
- Having experience as growth lead in the real estate branche
