Ambition to become a General Manager one day? As a Management Assistant Intern, you will gain insight into and experience with performing leadership tasks. Positioned at the heart of the hotel and working closely with the General Manager on daily operations, you’ll have the chance to broaden your horizons—because as our Management Assistant Intern, you’ll be much more than just the friendly face of Park Plaza Eindhoven.

You collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth operations and help deliver a coordinated and seamless guest experience.
You’re helpful, have a can-do attitude, and a passion for great service, leaving a lasting impression every time—that’s how people describe you.
You aim to boost the hotel’s commercial performance by increasing sales, promoting events, and suggesting new initiatives.
You support operational department heads in management tasks such as administration, scheduling, conducting quality checks, and more.
