We are on a lookout for Lead HVAC Engineer for offshore projects. You will manage the team of engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
Our client provides customized solutions in the field of offshore energy activities, offering guidance from initial feasibility studies to the execution of all engineering and procurement activities, with a proven track record in offshore platforms, FPSOs, onshore facilities, and complex steel and mechanical installations for maritime applications while making significant advancements in the offshore hydrogen production market.
Lead the design and engineering efforts for HVAC systems, considering the unique requirements and challenges posed by offshore installations.
Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and plans for HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, structural, and environmental engineers to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into overall wind farm infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
Proven experience of min. 13 years in HVAC system design;
Previous experience in offshore or marine applications;
In-depth knowledge of HVAC engineering principles, equipment, and components, including chillers, compressors, heat exchangers, and control systems.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Commitment to safety excellence and environmental stewardship, with a track record of implementing best practices for offshore operations.
