Property Administrator

Rotterdam | 32 to 40 hours

The function:

As a Property Administrator, you will provide financial accountability to property owners (institutional and private investors). In administrative matters, you will be the point of contact for account managers, technical managers and owners. In this varied role, you will share responsibility for our national portfolio. Your duties include the following:

  • Preparation of periodic financial reports;
  • Processing and explaining the general ledgers and journal entries;
  • Checking the correctness of industry coding and owner coding;
  • Checking and making payable the invoices received;
  • The control of debtor payment orders;
  • Maintaining the collection/payment file;
  • The control of the rental amounts to be received;
  • The coding of diaries.

We ask:

You are strong in numbers, have a firm footing and good communication skills. In addition, we would like to see the following in you:

  • HBO work and thinking level;
  • Several years of work experience in a financial administrative position;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
  • Knowledge of REMS is an advantage.
