The goal of this team is to ensure innovation and supply at the right price, with sustainability and quality as our guiding stars in product development. Are you ready to join them with your expertise?
From our iconic shower foams and luxurious body creams to high-performing skincare and fragrance innovations: every Rituals product is created with love and care. Within our Sourcing, Quality, Regulatory department, you will play a key role in ensuring these products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
As Quality Assurance Specialist for the Beauty category, you take ownership of safeguarding and improving the quality of our products. Working closely with suppliers externally, and Innovation, Sourcing, and Supply teams internally, you ensure that every customer experience lives up to Rituals’ promise of meaningful, high-quality products.
You will:
- Managing and resolving any quality related issues with suppliers, leading non-conformity and CAPA processes from root cause analysis through to preventive actions.
- Review product packaging artworks.
- Reviewing customer feedback, complaints and returns data, and translating this into clear quality KPI reporting and supplier evaluations.
- Acting as a central contact for quality topics, guiding suppliers, internal teams, and global sales organisations on standards and procedures.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives around product quality, safety, and compliance (including ISO standards, GMP, and cosmetic regulations).
- Ensuring that packaging and formulation interactions are safe, compliant, and consistent across markets.
