Role Description
This is a founding-level role owning the entire marketing function, from brand to growth to content. You will help shape both product-led and enterprise go-to-market strategies, supporting pipeline growth and market visibility in a category-defining space.

Team Size & Leadership Scope
Key Collaboration: Sales, Product, Engineering, RevOps, external vendors/agencies

Responsibilities

Own and execute the full marketing strategy: brand, growth, product marketing, and content

Drive both PLG and enterprise GTM motions (ACV: €12K–€70K+)

Design and implement scalable systems: CRM automation, intent signals, attribution

Lead campaign orchestration and content operations hands-on

Oversee creative and performance efforts, managing internal tools and external partners

Establish thought leadership across technical and strategic audiences

Requirements
Must-Haves:

5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience targeting technical audiences

Experience in Series A/B scale-ups

Strong execution and strategic vision, with hands-on tooling expertise

Proven track record scaling early-stage GTM and brand narrative

Self-starter with high ownership; not reliant on agency support

Ambitious and comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with DevTools, infra, or AI-native products

Prior PLG or hybrid GTM experience

Background as a founding marketer in startups

Ability to work with technical content (LLMs, APIs, observability, etc.)
