Okechamp in Venlo, a specialist in mushroom products for the international market, is looking for operators who enjoy technology, variety, and job security.

As an operator at Okechamp, you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You operate machines, perform checks, and keep an overview. This includes:

• Operating machines and adjusting them as needed
• Performing quality checks to ensure the final product meets factory standards
• Resolving minor malfunctions independently
• Recording production data and reporting issues
• Working together with your colleagues to keep the workplace clean and safe

You will work in a shift system, which means you receive attractive shift bonuses on top of your salary.

• Attractive salary starting from €15.65 gross per hour, depending on experience and agreements
• ADV allowance of 3.73% on top of your base salary
• Shift allowance of 19.37% on all hours
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. €8 per day)

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as an operator in production (a must)
• Has technical insight and solves malfunctions quickly
• Works precisely and values quality
• Is available full-time in shifts
• Speaks good Dutch or English
• Is motivated and willing to learn, diploma not required
