We are looking for some expereinced accounting professionals who want to step into next level.

If you can roll up your sleeves and handle the books, while also steering the financial direction of the business.This role offers the agility of an Accounting Specialist with the leadership of a Financial Controller—all in one.

The Financial Accounting Specialist is a hybrid role that combines hands-on accounting expertise with strategic financial oversight. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains compliance, and supports executive decision-making through insightful analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries, maintain general ledger integrity
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
• Oversee tax filings and regulatory compliance

Financial Control & Strategy

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Support audits and liaise with external accountants or tax advisors

Systems & Process Improvement

• Optimize accounting systems and financial workflows
• Recommend improvements to enhance financial transparency and efficiency

Gevraagd

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
• Strong knowledge of Dutch tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• English is the main working language, knowing chinese language will be a plus
