Job Description

As a Senior Flow Cytometry Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic Analytical Development team, contributing to the design and execution of advanced flow cytometry assays. Your work will support the characterization and release of next-generation cell therapy products. This role blends hands-on lab work with data interpretation and scientific reporting, offering a balance of technical depth and strategic input. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to driving innovation and ensuring assay robustness.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize flow cytometry assays to assess product quality and safety

  • Operate and maintain advanced cytometry instruments, including troubleshooting when needed

  • Collaborate with scientists and technicians to develop robust analytical methods

  • Analyze complex datasets and contribute to data-driven decisions

  • Document experimental procedures and results in compliance with regulatory standards

  • Support the release testing of cell therapy products for clinical use

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical workflows and protocols

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on project goals and timelines

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field

  • 2+ years experience in cytometry data analysis and instrument troubleshooting

  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with GMP

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Adaptable to evolving technologies and fast-paced project timelines
