Earn up to €4,000 a month, enjoy 25 vacation days and 8% holiday pay, and work in a stable day shift!

As an Operator, your responsibilities include:

• Setting up production processes, operating machines, and keeping an eye on the packaging lines for a smooth workflow.
• Solving technical issues quickly so the line keeps running without unnecessary downtime.
• Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets the highest standards.
• Leading your team and making sure everyone works well together to hit production goals.
• Following hygiene and safety rules, and helping improve the process wherever possible.

• A great monthly salary between €3,100 and €4,000, depending on your experience.
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday pay.
• Travel allowance (€0.21 per km) and a solid pension plan.

• You’ve got technical skills and can solve problems independently.
• You speak English or Polish so you can communicate clearly with your team.
• You’ve worked as an operator before — or you're eager to learn the job.
• You work with precision and think in solutions to keep production flowing.
• You’re open to working some extra hours now and then (average of 6 per month, paid at 135%).
