Job description
This Dutch family-owned company has been producing the finest chocolate bars for decades, you can find them in almost every supermarket. Due to the expansion of their technical department, we are looking for technicians who enjoy learning, troubleshooting, and contributing ideas.
Within the maintenance team, flexibility is key, and every employee is truly valued. You will receive a thorough onboarding program to learn all aspects of the role. Do you want to work in an environment where it always smells sweet? Then we are looking for you!
Your responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
- Contribute ideas for improvements within the technical department
What you bring
- A technical MBO-level education (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering)
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the production industry
- A proactive mindset with an appreciation for freedom and flexibility in your work
- Strong communication skills to work across different departments
- Motivation to keep developing your technical skills
What we offer
- A salary up to €4,300 gross per month (based on a 40-hour week and depending on experience)
- Day shifts only, no evenings, nights, or weekends
