Ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a global leader in motion controls? We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operator to support our growing operations in regio Aalsmeer.

As Warehouse Operator, you make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from receiving goods to shipping parts. You’ll work closely with the spare parts and logistics teams to ensure fast and accurate handling of equipment for our clients around the world.

Overview of tasks

• Receive incoming goods: unload, inspect, register, store
• Pick, pack, label and prepare outgoing orders
• Flag and report non-conforming or damaged items
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organized
• Support the dispatch of orders in close collaboration with the warehouse and spares team
• Follow procedures, quality standards and safety regulations
• Actively contribute to process improvements

What is required?

• MBO (vocational) level education, preferably in logistics or technical field
• Forklift certificate is a plus (or willingness to obtain one – at our expense)
• Experience in warehousing or logistics is a bonus, not a must
• Fluent in English – Dutch is not required
• Structured, hands-on and team-oriented mindset

• Monthly salary between €2.500 and €3.250, depending on experience
• One-year direct contract with the company
• 27 vacation days + 13 additional ATV days (based on full-time)
