As a Team Lead Logistics, you’ll be working at the highest level: with international clients, complex supply chains, and a team striving for excellence. You’re the captain who keeps the overview, gives direction, and ensures that processes run smoothly.

You combine your logistics expertise with strong leadership skills. Keeping a grip on operations? Check. Helping your team grow? Double check. That’s how you make an impact every day—on your colleagues, your customers, and the quality of the entire supply chain.

• No two days are the same, but your role comes down to this:
  
• Distributing tasks and ensuring everyone knows what needs to be done.
  
• Monitoring progress, quality, and deadlines of shipments and processes.
  
• Acting as the point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal departments.
  
• Identifying opportunities to work smarter and more efficiently, and implementing improvements right away.
  
• Managing administration and reports and using those insights to strengthen your team.

In short: you make sure the chain runs like a well-oiled machine.

We’re not looking for a manager who stays on the sidelines, but a leader who gets involved. Someone who understands that good logistics is about people, and who guides their team forward with energy, clarity, and trust.

You also bring:

• Full-time availability (38.75 hours per week).
  
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  
• Eligibility to obtain a VGB (Certificate of No Objection).
  
• Experience in a leadership role within logistics or customer service.
