Are you looking for a job where you can stay active, work with your hands, and be part of a motivated team?At our machining plant in Dongen, we design, repair, and sort pallets and packaging for customers across the Benelux. We are looking for physically fit and motivated team members to help keep production running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Inspect & repair pallets – giving used pallets a second life
- Operate machinery – learn to work with modern, heavy equipment
- Keep the workplace tidy & safe – teamwork makes the day go faster
💰 Salary: €14.40 – €15.32 gross per hour
⏱ Overtime pay:
• 1–2 hours: 125%
• 3+ hours: 150%
• Saturdays: 125%
📆 Stable hours – up to 6 days per week
📈 Opportunities to grow – experience is a plus, but we’ll teach you the rest
💪 Active job – no gym membership needed!
