MAIN PURPOSE 

Rituals is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join the Innovation team at Rituals office in Amsterdam. During this internship you will be part of the Product Data & Process team that is responsible for delivering new product data into our Masterdata System and continuously improving the process of gathering and communicating data.  

Due to the dynamic environment of Rituals, there are many tasks and projects that can be tackled during the internship. The person we seek is able to quickly understand processes and find ways to do it simpler, better and faster. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Collaborate with the Product Data Program team to provide insights on our supplier data for Sustainability & Tax purposes. 
• Communication with suppliers as we collect their product data, review it and analyze all their information.  
• First time product data collection with our new software tool.

Within this internship there is room for a lot of personal input, and we expect a high degree of independence.  You collaborate with our R&D Ingredients & Packaging teams, NPD (New Product Development) Inno data team, Product development team, Business Technology team and Sustainability teams.  Both internal-and external stakeholder management is a huge part of your job. 

• HBO/WO student in e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Management Science or Business Technology. 
• You are available for at least 4 days a week and for 6 months, starting February 2025. 
• Strong stakeholder, communication and relationship management capabilities 
• Strong analytical skills  
• Strong personality, not afraid to fail and willing to propose impactful changes 
• Eager to learn, you are able to think out-of-the-box and curiosity to investigate and provide further continuous improvements to existing processes 
• You have affinity with IT systems and will quickly master key systems such as Sharepoint and other communication and workflow tooling 
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal;  
• You maintain good use of MS office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel in particular
