As a German-speaking customer service agent, you will handle customer inquiries in German via email, phone, and social media. It's your responsibility to provide information about products and services and to help German customers with their shopping needs. This isn’t just about assistance - it’s a chance to inspire costumers and introduce them to the enchanting world of Rituals. This fully remote customer service position offers you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Netherlands in your home office.
Who you are
You have a passion for cosmetics and strong communication skills. With empathy, you provide outstanding support to our German customers. That's why being fluent in both German and English is necessary. Are you ready to commit to at least 20 hours per week? This customer service agent role is the perfect match for you!

No need to hesitate
Become a Customer service agent from home with Rituals! All we need is someone who can commits to at least 20 hours a week (and more is possible too!). There are multiple shifts : Day shift (08:45–18:00), Late shift (11:00–21:00) and Weekend shift (10:00–18:30) We offer flexible shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.
Please note that this position is temporary until the end of 2025.

What we offer
