Within OCI Nitrogen we are looking for a Project Manager.

What will you do as a Project Manager?

As a Project Manager within OCI Nitrogen, you are responsible for the entire process of various mono- and multidisciplinary projects within our plants. From preparation and planning to execution, completion and evaluation – you monitor progress, quality, costs and risks.

You manage multiple investment projects in parallel, ensuring that they align with OCI’s business objectives. All this is done within the framework of our work processes and with explicit attention to our SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Initiating, planning, executing and closing projects within scope, time and budget.
• Drafting project approach and advising on contracting strategies.
• Assessing and optimizing the technical scope.
• Leading project teams and coaching team members.
• Monitoring and reporting progress.
• Identifying risks and bottlenecks, and making timely adjustments where necessary.
• Evaluating projects and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, SHE requirements and internal standards.
• Drafting and implementing project SHE plans.
• Managing communication and stakeholder management within and outside OCI.

What you bring

• A completed technical HBO or WO education.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in a chemical/industrial environment.
• Affinity with E/I/Process Control is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Proactive, result-oriented attitude and an eye for safety and quality.
• You feel responsible for the work you do and dare to take responsibility
• You get energy from working in a dynamic environment
