Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic production environment? We are looking for a Production Employee to join a forward-thinking manufacturer of sustainable coatings.
In this role, you'll play a key part in creating fire-resistant and eco-friendly solutions for the construction industry.
As a Production Employee, your tasks will include:
- Preparing and mixing raw materials according to specified formulations - Operating production machinery and equipment
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the coatings produced
- Packaging and preparing finished products for shipment
- Complying with safety and environmental regulations in the workplace
Gevraagd
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and growing organization
- Technical background isn't required
- You speak English
Aanbod
- Fulltime work, 40 hours per week (monday -- friday)
- Starting with €14,40 gross per hour
- Opportunity to grow in this position and get salary increases on short term
- 25 holidays and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel Allowance
