We are the Supply Network Planning team within the Supply Planning & Inventory department. Our team is in the centre of our supply chain — making sure products flow smoothly from suppliers, through our distribution centers, to customers all over the world. With the company growing at 20% per year, we are redesigning our ways of working and preparing for the future. We manage critical processes such as:

Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) ordering for top suppliers,
Inbound Control Tower for shipments into our main DCs,
Stock balancing & overstock management,
Co-pack inbound planning and forward transport forecasting,
Driving continuous improvements and projects.

This is a fast-paced environment where operational excellence meets strategic transformation.

Your Role as Intern

As an intern in our team, you will:

Support the Purchase-to-Pay process from supplier order creation to delivery, helping us streamline and automate where possible.
Assist in monitoring supplier performance (OTIF, service levels, delivery quality)
Participate in improvement projects related to the future of planning (e.g., implementation of new planning tool, supplier collaboration improvements, inbound flow optimization).
Help us document and improve our process flows and instructions to support onboarding of new team members.

What We’re Looking For

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
You are available starting February 2026 for a period of 6 months for 32 - 40 hours per week.
Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and eager to
Comfortable working with Excel; experience with ERP/Planning systems is a plus.
Proactive, hands-on attitude and a keen interest in FMCG supply chains.
Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
