We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Breda. In this role, you make sure that all machines run smoothly and safely.

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for keeping the machines in good working condition. You prevent breakdowns, fix problems when they happen, and think along about how things can be improved. Your goal: make sure everything works safely and reliably.

Your main tasks include:

• Doing regular maintenance on the machines
• Replacing parts before they break
• Using measurement tools to check machine performance
• Finding and fixing problems quickly
• Working together with team members and suppliers for solutions
• Using data to prevent future issues
• Taking action before small problems become big ones

• A salary between €2,800 and €4,200 gross per month, depending on your experience

• Experience in a technical role, such as maintenance technician or mechanic
• You can work well both independently and in a team
• You’re accurate, hands-on, and solution-oriented
• You know how to use tools and machines safely
• Safety is important to you
• You speak Dutch and English at a good level
• You’re willing to take part in 3 shifts
