For our client, an international manufacturer of motorcycles we are looking for an Sales Operations Coordinator

• Manage the sales ordering and allocation process
• Coordinate and monitor that the order to delivery time is within target
• Be a first tier contact to the network in regards of order status and deliveries
• Ensure timely delivery of motorcycle registration documents.
• Proactively communicate with Country Managers to ensure dealer satisfaction is maintained
• Support the Finance department in the cash collection process where needed
• Support the Marketing department at national/regional tradeshows where neede.
• Provide creative and effective input to help optimize current systems and procedures with the goal of increasing efficiency
• Provide creative and effective input for sales- and marketing related campaigns and programs

• Commercial MBO+ degree or proven experience in a sales- or customer service position
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Windows Word and Excel is a must
• Strong communication skills. Professional English language skills, both verbal and written, is a must. Knowledge of the German language
• Organized, attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient administrative skills and multitasker
• Both strong team-player as independent worker
• No-nonsense mentality
• A wide degree of creativity, stress tolerance and latitude is expected
• Passion for motorcycles and/or Electric Vehicles is a plus
• Knowledge of relevant applications such as ERP and Salesforce is preferred
