Job Description

The company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Operations Lead. This role is essential to ensuring smooth material flow and preparation for production and quality control activities. The successful candidate will coordinate inventory, manage internal orders, and support cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly material requests and create purchase orders for manufacturing activities

  • Coordinate internal supply orders and ensure timely delivery of required components

  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials

  • Maintain cold chain integrity and organize storage areas for optimal efficiency

  • Lead daily performance tracking and team task allocation

  • Support manufacturing and provide troubleshooting assistance in SAP

Requirements

  • MBO, HBO, or Bachelor level education, preferably within the biopharmaceutical area or related

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations

  • Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role is preferred

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

  • Continuous improvement mentality
