We are looking for a Junior Staffing Coordinator for our Client operating in the Belgian
temporary employment market.

📍 Office in Susteren, the Netherlands 🇳🇱 + business trips to Belgium 🇧🇪
In this role, you will support an experienced coordinator and gradually learn to manage
projects independently. On a daily basis, you will help maintain contact with clients in
Belgium and temporary workers. You will take part in coordinating work schedules,
accommodation, and transportation. You will also cooperate with the recruitment team in
Poland, ensuring smooth information flow.

You will help make sure employees know where and when they are scheduled to work. If
questions arise (for example, due to language barriers), you will assist in resolving them. You
will stay in touch with employees, team leaders, HR departments, and other coordinators to
ensure high-quality service.

• Salary: €2,250-2,750 gross/month + 8% holiday allowance (vakantiegeld)

Responsibilities
• Daily cooperation with the recruitment team in Poland and HR/payroll administration
• Supporting client relations and responding to staffing needs quickly
• Helping coordinate the onboarding of new employees and assisting them during their
first days
• Ensuring timely processing of documents (contracts, working hours, payroll lists)
• Assisting in monitoring work schedules and employee availability
• Acting as a point of contact for clients and employees
• Supporting compliance with labor law regulations and internal procedures

Who we are looking for
• Experience in an employment agency, HR, or coordination role (an advantage)
• Fluent in English and Polish (Dutch is a strong asset)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Open, communicative, and solution-oriented personality
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Driving license (B category) and readiness to travel to clients in Belgium
