• Functional management of SAP and related software systems for Quality Control purposes.
• Ensures correct use of the applications; maintains guidelines, documentation and procedures with regard to the functional use of the applications.
• Also ensures an effective and efficient management/ service organization and processes.
• Monitors the proper functioning of SAP and related applications for QC purposes. Detects inconsistent data and manages interfaces.
• Carries out troubleshooting and 2nd line support, if the key users cannot resolve the problem. Submits extensive, complex problems to Shared Service SAP Application Management (SAP AM).

SAP Key User

• Is constantly informed of new functionalities and releases of the applications;
• Coordinates the process of adapting applications, in such a way that it is in line with the needs and requirements of users;
• Makes an inventory and assess the extent to which existing applications meet the requirements and wishes of users;
• Describes new and desired functionalities and makes the functional design;
• Coordinates with SAP AM or supplier ICT whether required adjustments are possible from a system technical point of view;
• Assesses and approves RFCs (request for change) and monitors the progress;
• Coordinates the desired changes between involved parties;
• Controls access to, use and security of applications by designing emergency procedures and providing backups;
• Have installed and takes care of the initial assessment of customized software. Handles the transfer to the user organization;
• Advises on training programs, organizes and gives instructions and guides users with regard to the use of applications;

Setting up and functional management of QC reports

• Sets up management steer reports with data from SAP, MES, Vantage point and related software into Excel, Minitab or related software;
• Handles the transfer to the user organization;
• Ensures correct use of the reports; maintains documentation and procedures with regard to the functional use of the reports;
• Carries out troubleshooting and 1st line support;
• Makes ad hoc reports in case of a quality crisis in order to determine if recall and authority call is needed.

Gevraagd

• Degree at HBO level in (Business) Informatics / Business Administration (or related);
• Expert knowledge of allocated decentralized applications;
• High grade IFT food production basics;
• Change Control management;
• Project Management;
• Expert software knowledge: Interspec, MES, Vantage point, Star LIMS, SAP 400, SAP GSS, SAP PLM, SAP EWM, MS office;
• Expert in functional management of SAP and related software for QC purposes;
• SAP Key User;
• Expert in building quality management reports;
• Expert in software development, testing and implementation.

Aanbod

Through our agency, you will receive a temporary contract for a 9 months.

The salary range for this full-time role is between €3500 and €4000 gross per month, depending on your education and experience.
