As a Customer Service Representative within this organisation, you are an important link between customers and the internal organisation. You work closely with logistics, production and sales.
Description
- Order Management: Process and confirm orders in our ERP system.
- Export Documentation: Handle proformas, invoices, and shipping documents accurately.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan shipments, liaise with warehouse and shipping agents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process excellence.
Profile
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- A structured, organized work style with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Team-player mindset with the confidence to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and international payment terms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
