As an Air Operations Specialist, you will play a role in ensuring smooth logistics processes. This position, based in Aalsmeer, requires an experienced individual to oversee air freight operations and provide exceptional service delivery.
Description
- Coordinate and oversee air freight operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including airway bills and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipments and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Liaise with airlines, transport partners, and other stakeholders to optimise logistics processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within air operations.
Profile
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional languages being an asset.
- 2+ years of recent experience with air freight operations as a Freight Forwarder.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of international air freight regulations and documentation.
Job Offer
- A salary based on experience between 3.000-4.000 euros per month.
- A direct company contract.
