Do you want to start right away as a Packing Operator in a 3-shift system for a food production company, we are looking for a motivated team player to strengthen the production team!

As a Packing Operator, you are responsible for checking, packing, and preparing food products.

Your tasks include:

• Visual inspection of product quality.

• Measuring and recording dimensions, thickness, and weight.

• Sorting out products that do not meet quality standards.

• Stacking products and checking packaging.

• Checking codes and quantities per package.

• Removing damaged boxes from the process.

• Properly stacking and wrapping pallets and transporting them to the freezer.

• Correct disposal and registration of waste streams.

• Reporting deviations to the supervisor.

• Keeping the workplace clean during and after production.

As a Packing Operator, you are not only responsible for packing, but also for quality control. Due to safety instructions and work procedures, it is important that you have a good command of either Dutch or English.

• Monthly salary between €2,400 and €2,565 excluding shift allowance

• Shift allowance of up to €640 gross (25%)

• Travel allowance up to €0.23 per kilometer (from 10 km one way)

• Annual holiday allowance of 8.33%

• You have at least a secondary education level (VMBO or equivalent).

You will be working at a leading food producer with modern production lines that supply millions of products every day to wholesalers, restaurants, caterers, airlines, and cruise ships worldwide. The company focuses strongly on quality, natural ingredients, and preserving taste, crispiness, and texture. There’s a good chance you’ll come across one of the products you’ve helped produce in your local supermarket.

The working environment is informal, and your colleagues form a close-knit and dedicated team.

You will work in a 3-shift system, with shifts rotating weekly. The working hours are:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00

• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00

• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Once every two weeks you will work a night shift starting on Sunday evening at 22:00.

Would you prefer to work part-time? That’s also possible, but you will need to participate in at least one of the rotating shifts.
