To work as a production employee, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

• you’re willing to work in Staphorst
• you’re available part-time or full-time
• you’re at least 18 years old
• you speak Dutch or English
• you have at least one year of experience in production
• you have your own transportation to get to work
• you’re available to work in a two-shift schedule

As an assembly worker at Brink, you’ll put together towbars and ensure they’re perfectly prepared for shipment to the customer. With clear instructions and a strong team around you, you’ll deliver top-quality work. No experience but good with your hands and technically inclined? We’ll be happy to teach you the job!

Working hours (2-shift schedule):
📅 Mon–Thu: 06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00
📅 Friday: 06:00–13:30 & 13:30–21:00

Your exact tasks will depend on your strengths. Do you have an eye for detail and like working precisely? Then you’ll fit right in with our team!

• you assemble towbars by picking and putting together the parts step by step
• together with your colleagues, you work as a team to ensure each towbar is perfectly built.
• you’ll be working in a two-shift schedule
