Are you commercially driven, communicative, and ready to take the next step in your career? For an international distributor of chemical raw materials and industrial equipment, we are looking for an Inside Sales Employee(m/v/x) in Amsterdam.

This organization acts as a key intermediary between suppliers and customers and is recognized for its professional yet close-knit teams. What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Employee in Amsterdam, you will work closely with the Industry Manager and your fellow inside sales colleagues. Together, you will manage the existing customer portfolio while actively identifying commercial opportunities. In addition, you will:

• Support the Industry Manager in developing new business
• Maintain and expand strong relationships with customers
• Take responsibility for order handling and customer service
• Report directly to the Inside Sales Manager

What do you bring?

• Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong team player mentality
• A natural commercial mindset and the ability to maintain long-term customer relationships
• Strong communication skills, fluent in Dutch (native) and English
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent level
• Several years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within an international environment

• A salary indication between €3,000 and €3,800 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on your experience and educational background
